

ESPM launches GeoTrade course focusing on Geomarketing for the Consumer Goods Industry
The crash course GeoTrade — Geomarketing for the Consumer Goods Industry, starting on July 22, 2025, at the ESPM Tech campus in São Paulo, is aimed at marketing, trade marketing, sales and market intelligence professionals, offering a practical approach on how to use geomarketing to segment and define strategic commercial territories.
Students will have full access to the Mapfry platform
Allowing the concepts learned to be applied in case studies, simulating real market segmentation decisions, definition of commercial territories, and resource allocation based on data on demography, income, consumption behavior, and the presence of distribution channels.
The intensive will be taught by the teachers:
João Caetano — Specialist in Geomarketing since 2008, he is a full professor at USP and ESPM, and a guest at PUC-MG and ABF. Advertiser from UFRJ, with MBA from FGV, specialization from ESPM and PMP certification. Author of the book Geomarketing Escolar de Bolso, he has worked with companies such as Rede Globo, C&A, BRMalls, Geofusion and Catho. In 2020, he co-founded Mapfry, a Geomarketing ecosystem, alongside Ryuichi Ogawa and Maurilio José Soares.
Gustavo Vannucci, MSc - Consultant, speaker and founder of Vannucci Market Intelligence, with over 15 years of experience in expansion strategies for industries, retail and agribusiness. With stints at companies such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola and Hugo Boss, he is a reference in Go To Market strategies focusing on geomarketing and territorial intelligence. It acts at the intersection between data, territory and buying behavior, translating analysis into practical market decisions. He is a guest professor at several institutions such as PUC Minas, FUMEC and UNIBH, as well as a writer for the magazine Gôndola and special envoy to trade fairs since 2019.
Carlos Eduardo Grabois - Trade Marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, he has led operations in companies such as Bombril, Quatá, Santher and Kellogg's. Recognized for his work in executing at the point of sale and optimizing complex operations, he has received awards for excellence in Trade Marketing. He is a business administrator, with an Executive MBA from UFRJ, and also speaks at industry events.
